Description
       Copper Clad Aluminum Wire (CCAW)

       The CCA wire is made up by using pure aluminum wire as core. Our state-of-the art cladding and welding crafts guarantee the high density and conductivity of 99.97% purity copper cladding, and our metallurgical bonding technique assures that the copper cladding is evenly distributed around the aluminum core along the wire for excellent concentricity. There will be no flaking off during the heat treatment or mechanical workout. The CCA is a best new bimetal wire instead of pure copper wire. There are cladding CCA wire and plating CCA wire according to the processing. Producing and providing products according to SJ/T 11223-2000 and ASTM B566-04a. Four classes of copper-clad aluminum wire are covered as follows:
       *Class 10A - Nominal 10 volume % copper, annealed
       *Class 15A - Nominal 15 volume % copper, annealed
       *Class 10H - Nominal 10 volume % copper, hard-drawn
       *Class 15H - Nominal 15 volume % copper, hard-drawn
